“The Gospel of the King”
As one of Jesus’ 12 disciples, Matthew’s Gospel gives us a rich and detailed account of the life and ministry of Jesus.
One of the major themes throughout this book is the Kingdom of Heaven. Over and over again, Matthew wants us to see not only what Jesus did, but that Jesus is the long-awaited King.
As we move through this Gospel, we will ask ourselves:
What kind of King is Jesus?
What kind of Kingdom has He come to bring?
And what does it actually look like to live under His rule?
Past Sermons & Sermon Series
“Spiritual Motherhood” - May 10, 2026
The Church needs spiritual mothers - women who will invest their lives to pray, prepare, and protect the family of God. When we honor these mothers among us, God’s promise is that it will go well with us.
“Easter Is Relevant” - April 5, 2026
Pastor Arnie Fleagle reminds us that God is on the move today. Although times may be bad, we can take comfort in the reality that even death is for a moment - but eternal life is forever!
“Son of God, Son of Man” - March 2026
Who is Jesus?
In this series, Son of God, Son of Man, we will explore what the Bible says about the identity of Jesus—from the incarnate Son to the resurrected King. As we discover who Jesus truly is, we’ll also wrestle with what that means for our lives, because if Jesus really is who Scripture says He is, we cannot remain undecided.
“Called-Out Community” - February 2026
What is the church? What does it do?
Called-Out Community is a sermon series that re-centers our expectations around Christ’s church. When our expectations are unclear or misaligned, confusion and division follow. In this series, we turn to Scripture to see what the Bible says about the church—its authority, its practices, its offices, and its goals—so we can live together faithfully as God’s called-out people.

“God’s Story, Our Story” - January 2026
What is the Bible really about? And how does our life fit into it?
Throughout the month of January, we’re zooming out to see the big picture of Scripture. When we understand the whole story God is telling, the individual passages—and our own lives—begin to make sense. The Bible isn’t a collection of disconnected stories; it’s one unified story of God’s work in the world and His purpose for humanity.
This four-part sermon series traces that story through four key movements. You can listen below:
